I had my swimming pool installed 3 years ago. The liner seam came apart, and is still under warranty. I tried to schedule a replacement for next year. I was told they are to busy by the owner. So the warranty means absolutely nothing, as he is unwilling to schedule a replacement. He was very unhelpful, and discouraging. I wouldn't recommend him, or send a dime there. He doesn't seem to care about customer service, and had a bad attitude the whole conversation.
Binner Pools, Spas and Fireplaces just serviced our gas fireplace today! Amazing! It looks like it is brand new plus it works perfectly now! Thanks for doing a fabulous job!
