A truly First Rate company! We are so happy with our new home! Rich and his team were just great to work with! My wife and I purchased 2.6 acres in the country just outside of Findlay. Binner Construction repaired our roof and siding that was damaged by hail, and did an excellent job. They've also done minor repairs as needed to our home for over 10 years. The crew is prompt and hard-working, and Richard has always quoted us a very fair price. Richard always makes himself available to answer questions before, during, or after the work is complete. I highly recommend Binner Construction.
Binner Construction repaired our kitchen roof and garage roof as well. We had a problem with leaks in the utility room area and he found and repaired all leaks. We feel Rich went above and beyond just doing the job. He was as concerned as if we were family and we liked that.
Richard and his crew replaced our roof twice. In 2010 we had them replace our old roof. It looked great and the work was done perfectly. In 2011 we had the hail storm and the roof had to be replaced again due to damage. Richard came out when the insurance adjuster was here to discuss the damage and to make sure we received a fair settlement. The second time around was no fun for these guys. I can't recommend Binner Construction highly enough for the repair of your storm damaged home. Our 5 year old home was damaged during the 2011 hail storm. The very high and steep roof had to be completely replaced. Rich and his crew did the job with attention to detail and did an excellent job of cleaning up the site not only at the end of the job but also at the end of each work day.
