I wish I could give them less than that. UGI was suppose to turn off the gas and put that on their name but they took 12 days to give access to the basement to the agent, so the gas was still on my name. They did that on purpose because they didn't want to pay the bill. Also they didn't return me all my security deposit pretending they had to paint their house. After 2 years spent in a house the paint should be done and that's their job and they wasn't suppose to use my money for that. Stay away from them.

I have never written a review before, but after my husband's experience with this company today I am just APPAULED, and I feel compelled to let others know about our experiences. We have had two bad experiences with them. The first one was about a month ago, when my husband and I went to look at a house to rent. Their hours to view places are only Monday-Friday until 3:45, so I had to take time off work to make it to the last appointment. At first they were kind. They worked with us and everything was fine, but once we moved into one of their units all bets were off! The owner, Craig Binkley, is pushy and ridiculous. He actually thought I was you to make my children drink out of a sippy cup in the kitchen only to save his 'new and most expensive repair', the carpet. I wish I could give them a ZERO star rating. The customer service of this company is horrible!!! They don't understand who their customer's are, and how to service them. They are out of date in their way of thinking and have horrible communication skills! Sometimes the littlest things communicated can make all the difference. They desperately need more assistance, and to be come more organized!! POOR is the best term of the way they service all their customers. wish i could give them a LOWER rating!! we are looking to relocate to PA from new england (that would be a hefty 4-5hr drive depending on NYC traffic) and we have young kids (read impossible trip!) we went there and they give you the keys to look around the units (ok never heard of that type of system but it was niceISH) but went later in the afternoon close to closing time when we dropped off the keys and asked if we could do an application later since they were getting ready to leave .. they said sure .. very bad place for business,apply to rent a house for my mom,2sister,brother and niece and because the house is 4 rooms they didnt give it to us.previous tenant got kick out for not paying the rent,talk to the neighbor.and the young secretary didnt treat my family very good.gave us the run around

What a disappointment – Writing reviews is not something I am in a habit of doing. Although, I usually review them before using a service. I am trying to relocate with my family back to Berks Co. after 5 years.
