Very nice owner but I’m not happy with how my hair turned out. At first I was but when I got home and actually looked closer to my hair, I realized I paid for waist length boho braids and almost none of the braids were waist length… most of them stopped mid back & curled the rest just to make it “waist length”. Definitely shouldn’t have had to pay the extra amount. Also kept interrupting my service to deal with her child, cute kid but that’s unprofessional. AMAZING SERVICE!! I called to see if she had openings around 9a, I arrived at 12p and I walked out around 4:15p. She charges extra depending on the length you want but she provides the hair and it's not included in the price. She has EVERY hair color you think of.
I truly appreciate BinKen’s. I am only in the area temporarily and I cannot thank this place enough for making my natural hair look beautiful every visit! I have struggled in the past with keeping up with my hair but ever since I started going to BinKen in the fall, my hair has grown exponentially. It’s only been about two or three months! I never write reviews but could not forget how I was treated by BINKE. We agreed on a designated time of 1 pm on a Tuesday. One hour prior to the appt time, she texted to ask if we could meet later, because she was working on a friends hair. She asked if I could come at 3:30? We agreed on 4:30 and for that I was excited to have my hair done. Upon my arrival - we discussed my expectations and she prepared my hair for the style for boho braids.
