Went to the one on Mckowen road plaza for a colour and cut this past Sunday. I had called to make an appointment and was told if I came right away she would get me in. The experience was brutal and a disaster. The woman suggested I only needed my roots done which I was surprised by, but understood later why. She mixed the colour and applied. This was at around 2pm.
