Inconsistent pricing, half-assed jobs. After the first bad experience, we gave them the benefit of the doubt and went back. Would not make the same mistake again On two seperate occasions, the stylist left in the bleach in our hair too long while attending to other people and the hair turned out way lighter than we had asked for. He can’t even brush through long hair properly without pulling on it. The second time, he charged us way more. Not going back.
My partner came in for a simple trim. He specifically asked to shorten the sides and clean up the bottom while keeping his existing hairstyle. See the before photo for what he wanted. Tommy does not know how to cut hair or follow instructions. He used a 0.5 guard all the way up to the top of my partner's head. This is the worst haircut I've ever seen. Avoid.
I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was bad enough that I feel obligated to share it. This was easily the worst haircut I have ever received. Throughout the entire appointment, Tom showed very little professionalism. Communication was poor, my requests were not properly understood, and there was no sign of the skill, attention to detail, or styling expertise I would expect from a professional barber. This was the most disappointing customer service experience I’ve had since coming to Canada. When I arrived, I asked the female barber how long the wait would be. She told me there was one customer ahead of me and that the wait would be approximately 30 minutes. Based on that information, I decided to stay and wait.
