They have always treated me right. I have been a loyal customer for over 15 years. They are reasonable and honest.
Giving 4 stars--I sent an email over through their website, and they emailed back within the half hour. they were up front about not having a factory scanner for my car (i drive an unpopular model volvo) but they gave me a name of a local place who does, quite possibly their competition. I would have given 5 stars but i never actually took my car in, but i plan on it in the future! big thank you!!
