I have been going to Dr Xie for the past 7 years as I have a chronic liver condition that I deal with. Not only is Dr. Xie very knowledgeable but she is also compassionate in truly caring for her patients needs.

My dad paid the copayments for his procedures on the same day. He still received bills regarding copayment after a few months. He had to find and send the receipts to billing department to approve that he paid it. It’s very disorganized.
I regret choosing the service from Dr. Xie's office. The office acknowledged that they overcharged me for the copays but yet can't issue the refund because it needs Dr. Xie's approval. However, the office can't provide an estimate as when the doctor will review and approve the refund. It has been 2 phone calls and 3 months by now, still no refund or follow-up. Pathetic experience for my hemorrhoids visits. The doctor charged me so much and no details in bill provided. The bill had just name date and amount deducted. There is no proper details on what treatment she given how much does procedure cost etc. don't trust fake reviews read genuine negative reviews. No one has time to point the doctor and say bad unless the doctor is really bad n done worst to the patient.
