I had an appointment for 10:30, it is currently 11:30 and they still have not started. instead they are working on someone that walked in 20 minutes ago. i will not be coming back nor do i recommend coming here. it is not the right way to run a business and now I’m going to be late due to their lack of responsibility.
My 8.5 month pregnant friend wanted a final pedicure before giving birth so she made us both appointments for 3pm. When we got there, the place was packed and they kept telling us just a few more minutes. They didn’t sit us down till 4:30pm, an hour and a half later. I called in advance and asked if they had time for mani and pedi the lady told me 12:30 I arrived about 12:15 as I mentioned on the phone that I would probably get there a little early my pedi was not started till about 12:45 I picked a color and the guy rushed me in picking which type of pedi I wanted because he was still finishing up with another lady. I only came here 3 times and will not be back. The first 2 visits were to have my acrylic nails filled as I had just moved and needed a new nail tech. The woman used the electric file on my natural nail (which you’re not supposed to do) and cut 2 of my cuticles until they bled and just kept going without sanitizing anything or switching file heads. The last time I went there was to have my nails taken off. She had me soak my nails in a bowl of acetone for about 30 minutes which didn’t do much. She then used the electric file... read more
