I don’t typically like to post bad reviews but this was the WORST experience I’ve ever had. Mind you, I’ve been here a few times. Each time was never great and my gel pedicures wouldn’t last more than a WEEK. But I still came cause it was continently close. But never again. I only get gel pedicures here and the lady first burned my foot without testing the water. Second, she was so rough with the callus remover she SCRAPED the side of my foot! I usually get my nails done by the woman sitting on the first chair, but unfortunately she was not there yesterday, and I should’ve walked right back out the door once I realized. I paid $138 for one of the designs they had out and honestly the end result was shoddy at best. Trying to understand how only one person in the entire salon is capable of doing nails properly(I make this assumption because the other workers in the salon were uncomfortably standing over me gawking at the hideous tawdry design in awe.) I've been here a handful times and the service was pretty average but the final time was so horrible. The nail tech was way too aggressive with the e-file and ending up cutting me so bad on my toe, not even on the cuticle, the toe itself. The application of the polish was also just sloppy. Many of the techs are interested in giving you quick but poor service unfortunately. Would not recommend, save your money and go somewhere of higher quality.

I received horrible treatment from Cindy. Upon entering the salon I asked her if she could give me a manicure with acrylic. She told me yes but I’d have to wait until she was finished with the patron at the moment. I’m the meantime I got a pedicure and massage.When my pedicure was finished I sat directly across from Cindy and waited for her.
