DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!!! My husband & I purchased a '08 Mercedes C300 August 28th. At first, Juan was super nice, but then he was saying one thing & doing something else. We told him we wanted to transfer our plates, he said okay & then charged us for license plates. He had our DL info with our current address & he still put our old address for our title to go. This was and is a horrible experience, I asked him at the beginning of the month about our care title, he he sent it to the Drivers of Motor vehicles, I’ve called the DMV about where it is as of 9/3/2024, talked with the The supposed sales person, he was more concerned with what my wife wrote in her review, as I told him, no more games I’m going to approach an attorney to file a claim against him and his LLC, for fraud and Suffering, if he had the title at the time of purchase he would have given it to us. Juan is an amazing cars salesman, he’s very patient and does his best to get you a good deal. The cars are priced very affordable I would definitely recommend BINGO for your next used car!
