Binghamton Electrolysis was recommended to me by my dermatologist. During the first appointment Karren educated me on what it is, answered all of my questions and then did a sample area. She provided me with an aftercare kit and contacted me the next day to see if everything was okay. I’ve now been going to Binghamton Electrolysis for closer to 8 months and am extremely satisfied with the results! It works! The facility is clean and very welcoming. I'm writing this review because I noticed another reviewer had had a similar issue, and I thought Karen was not very compassionate in her response to them. I just wanted to confirm for people that it was not an isolated problem. I saw Karen for 10-15 hour and a half long sessions. I was very impressed with her speed, but I found electrolysis with her to be extremely painful. She seems to have some ideas about lidocaine that for me experientially are not true and do not create the most comfortable experience for patients (i.e... read more
