on 01/10/25 i went u. to office for tooth extraction . and was given novacaine. Dr.Panni came in to check on my few min later. after receiving several injections still felt my tooth was still sensitive. The matter was promptly addressed and more novacaine administered. He has patience of a saint and the comforts of his patients come first. If I could leave a 0 rating I would. This office is a joke. I had teeth extracted in February and the dentist, Dr. S********* * ****** *****, didn't wait until I was numb before inserting the needle and extracting 6 teeth. When I yelled out in pain, he yelled at me to stop. I left in tears. On my next visit, he refused to do a partial on the bottom because I refused a deep clean after he traumatized me with the extraction. I am not the only person that has had this problem. NEVER AGAIN! SHUT THEM DOWN!! – Im not even going to give them a rating. This place needs to be investigated by the BBB and the ADA! I recently had two abscessed teeth pulled. IT was a horrible experience. The front end staff are extremely rude and unprofessional. Then the dentist comes in and hardly used any Novocaine to numb my mouth. He pulled so hard I though my jaw was going to break. He sent me out of there with no pain meds. Horrible – This place should be shut down. First the dentist was supposed to fill my tooth, and didn't or the attempted filling fell right out, it was one or the other, then he drilled right through my tooth and then cut my lip open which bled and stung for weeks.
