Failed on follow up for rodent issues. They are not keeping their word. I miss when they were Bingham’s. Been a long time customer (20+). I shouldn’t have to call and chase them for help. Their new mix for bugs doesn’t work on ants. Be prepared to do your own work. Very sad.

Didn't complete my rodent exclusion. They showed up, said they couldn't get into the attic to set traps and left. No comminication. I had to call and get some supervisor, he said he'd be back in 2 days. Never showed up or called, nothing. Customer service these days is terrible. I had to set traps myself after I already paid $1500 for their services. Very disappointed.

The mosquito treatment does not work. We've been having them spray every month for 6 months and I think we have more mosquitoes now than we did before they started spraying. Don't waste your money on their mosquito spraying service.

Needed to have the house tented for termites recently. I was assured this was a Turner Team that was specific to tenting. They left my yard an absolute mess. They used my AC to air the house out after the tent and left it running on 72 degrees for hours with all the windows wide open - expecting an amazing bill from that :) There's materials from the tent all over the yard. I live at the Philippine Benjamin Tower apartments and I’m told that Turner Pest Control is the provider for this location. Although the pest control person who comes here does not wear a uniform that would identify him as an employee nor does his tools, a single spray can pushed around in a baby carriage. AND we have large roach infestation and have had one for past 5 years. I have contacted the Housing Authority as we are Sect 8 Housing and they are coming to inspect the reason we continue to have this roach problem.
