This review is in response to Bingham’s answer to Mark S. Their response stated that we did not follow procedures in calling them. Our builder’s warranty dept. stated that since it was 1 1/2 years old (brand new house) it would not be covered by Bingham. At that point it didn’t make sense to call Bingham since their workmanship only lasted 1.5 years. Did our due diligence and contacted another septic company. Terrible Company that doesn't stand by their work. They installed my septic system October 2022. The system is 1.5 years old. My alarm box was corroded due to no electrical putty in the conduit from the alarm box to the septic tank. The lack of putty allows the vapor and moisture to inundate the alarm box causing corrosion. My system only had a one year warranty from the builder and Bingham. After talking to the Builders warranty department, he stated that the repairs would be My responsibility.
