I have always been treated respectfully and courteously whenever I'm there for any reason. This last time was for a back injection. All of the staff from greeter to doctor are always friendly and professional. Most people don't like having to see a doctor, but it makes the process enjoyable when you are made to feel comfortable and treated decently.
Everything I needed was done for me. No snipers, just gentle and caring team. Even when we couldn't get the machines to adjust and the night team had to come back again and again. Thank You All for Great Care. I have had bad care B4 at a different hospital. But not at Bingham Memorial. Thank You.
