Good product undercut by terrible customer service. Delivery was made 3 weeks after it was scheduled ("You can count on it."). 2 of 8 phone calls were returned. Standard business rule: Do what you say you're going to do. When you can't, communicate new plan timely & honestly. Never again.
They scammed a friend of mine who ordered and paid for a table he never received.

I had my island kitchen top done in a reclaimed wood. it is outstanding. can't say enough. Looking forward to doing flooring in a new home using Bingham product.

Placed an order for wide plank pine flooring on December 15, 2017. It finally arrived April 4, 2018. 4 MONTHS LATER!!! I was highly disappointed with the huge lack communication through the whole process. From no responses to my emails to not answers calls. I dealt with 3 different people during this whole process. All in all I would not recommend using this company for out of state orders. They just don’t seem to care much.
