The new dental assistant (my first visit with her) was extremely professional, courteous, and thorough. Thorough & courteous in that she allowed me to view the x-rays as she explained her findings. Dr. B-L was her normal, kind & pleasent demeanor, but professional self. She's always matter of fact, but never pushy. This was one of the most pleasant dental visits I've experienced.
Great experience at this location. Been a customer for 11 years. They know and treat our entire family. Professionals with a gentle touch. Our hygienist Kyleen is amazing. The care she puts into her craft shows. She is the Bob Ross of dental cleaning 😄
From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with genuine warmth and professionalism. The front desk team made both check-in and check-out quick and easy, and the office itself is clean, modern, and very welcoming. This was my first visit and it went grea! I’ve had anxiety with dental offices for years now but this place put me at ease. The Dental hygienist Giorgianna, was extremely knowledgeable, caring and efficient. Dr. Bingham-Lester is a great listener, made me feel relaxed and worked on a plan incorporating my wants with my needs. She took the time to explain everything clearly, making sure I was not overwhelmed. Sarah at the front desk handled my scheduling and got me in and out with ease. Thank you!
