Very thorough for a first time visit
Great service from all encountered, especially since they are working in difficult situations. Doctor, nurse and reception very helpful and professional.
Such a wonderful practice. Better than any practices I have been to, including rural coastal and North Shore Sydney. This small rural establishment is the best.

Grateful for eventually being seen. Nurse and Doctor were fabulous and thorough. However, it’s with reluctance I have to say that the receptionist, Leanne (I think) was difficult and unhelpful. I found her dismissive attitude upsetting. It’s bad enough being in pain but to encounter her cheeky responses was horrible. If I hadn’t asked questions about my options to get help I would not have had a urine sample sent away for testing for 3 days and waited possibly another 2 for results.
