My favorite cart in Portland! I alternate between the loaded duck and loaded Chinese sausage - it's hard to pick a fav. If it's busy in pioneer square, I take mine 2 blocks away to eat at Director's Park.
I’ve only had jiang bing in Taiwan so was excited to find this place. I had “the Taylor” jiang bing with duck and bacon and it was incredible. The slightly pickled vegetables with the salty bacon and duck plus the crepe and crispy cracker is perfection!
So good! Best food stand I've had in portland so far. Such an amazing texture and flavor experience!
Absolutely fantastic. Get the loaded tofu one, it is INSANELY good. Server was super nice and fun to talk with!
