Been coming to Binford for years. Never experienced customer service on their level anywhere else. From Tom the manager to the foreman, the guys are attentive and always willing to help sort out issues. Couldn’t recommend them enough!!
Horrible experience if you’re trying to work there as a temp I came in today. I was told to meet the guy name Brian they had another guy come from the Bedford supply company in McKinley Texas because the warehouse was so messed up. He literally told the temp today that I was on the phone all day, when there was no work and as a black man Another black man is crazy. I said today was my first day to teach me with the guy that has been there only a week prior to my start date. So we were both lost and confused Not a good person... read more
