I was recommended to Binford from a neighbor of mine for my fencing materials and I could not be more pleased with my experience. Roland and Jon were very helpful showed me 2 styles of pickets and even helped me out with my post, I was planning with going with your basic 4x4 wood post and they recommended going with round steel post which will last forever. Very disappointed with the management. Went in there for cedar pickets in bulk for my residential company with customers coming up soon. Had a very high “ego” supervisor or manager named “Roland” give attitude and gave ZERO HELP with finding a solution to the sun faded and cracked material and gave unnecessary attitude. I was NOT the only customer that was dealing with this “Roland” either as other customers he was talking to giving attitude and having customers walking OUT THE DOOR because of him/management.
