Horrible Customer Service. Requested a style and the braider did the complete opposite of what I asked. I was given someone who clearly lacks intelligence and knowledge of hair braiding because she was given the photo of the reference multiple times and still managed to mess up the hairstyle so badly. Asked for boho and they told me I had to get the hair myself because they weren't supplying it to be AFTER they started working on my hair. my go to salon for all my hairstyles! I drive 2 hours just to go here because my hair is always done correctly and up to my liking. A gem of a place!
