I made an appointment for 3/23 and when I got in I was asked to wait. Then after waiting 30 mins I got no service done. Stylist was doing someone else hair which overlapped my appointment's. Then investigators seemed to be having a conversation with the owner for 20 mins that seemed to be pressing an issues at her salon that had occurred. After 40 mins I left. After undergoing a touch-up service, I was charged $140. Despite leaving a generous tip, I am deeply disappointed with the experience. The service provider mistakenly removed my small box braids during the touch-up and subsequently reinserted them incorrectly. This resulted in a significant loss of time and money. I intend to avoid returning to this establishment in the future.
It’s always a different price they are very rude and the owner recharged my card 2 times DONT CONE HERE and my braids only lasted a week
I started my lock journey at bindu african hair heaven,I always got two strand twist the first time going here my hair was beautiful but it was not two strands.
