John was responsive over email, and explained the process to us so that we had an understanding of what to expect on inspection day. He talked us through everything on day of and checked in multiple times throughout the inspection to go over what he had noticed, and to ask if we had any wants, needs, or areas of concern to address with the house. John was flexible and worked with us to schedule an inspection in a timely manner. He was professional and thorough. He took his time when conducting the inspection and answered all our questions.
