They handled my case in New Jersey and I won but it took 6 years to finally get awarded.
Started this trip in 2010. About every 2 years they need another $700 for their "doctor". The hearings have failed 3 times and they still drag me around wanting things. They always seem to call at the worst time and never have any regard for you being in pain and on medication. The only thing worse then Binder & Binder, is the Social Security Insurance administration itself.
Would give it no stars if it was a option but its not please go it by your self or friends this company waits it out to make a profit you don't matter
Please check all reviews on this group they are the worst Lawyer firm you could to go with for your S.S. disability claim. If you lose your case and drop them and try to appeal yourself, they still charge the same, as if they did the work for you. They are the worst to deal with one person after another lies to you, you hardly ever get to talk to the same person when you call.
