My husband's employer just switched to Bind in 2022. Every doctor's office I've used so far (total of 3) have had trouble verifying this insurance. They have difficulty finding the insurance even after being provided with payer ID and/or copy of the card. Bind is doing something wrong if providers cannot find and verify their insurance! I am a healthcare professional and I have so much trouble getting paid by this company. I still have outstanding claims from January that they have not paid. It's almost October. This goes far beyond the confines of our contract and unless I get an attorney, no one will help. I have called the insurance company and they have done nothing to help. Usually, it is rare to speak to a human being at all. Worst customer service ever
