I needed a miniature peristaltic pump and Paul Gupta was an amazing resource. He helped me choose the right pump and made sure I understood everything about the pumps I had been considering. I am actually making modifications to my project design based on the advice I received. Thank you for all of your help.
If I could give zero stars I would. Paul has horrible manners when dealing with people, and his lack of professionalism is appalling. Upon viewing their products I discovered they were greatly lacking the described capabilities. Feel free to contact me for alternatives to this scam of a company.
