I’ve used BTDT for the past 7 years and am always pleased with their service. Drivers and office staff know how to take care of their customers.
Our community calls Bin There Dump That every year to kick off our Spring Cleaning campaign. They provide 6 of those nice clean residential-friendly dumpsters and thoughtfully place them throughout our community of 164 homes. Can't say enough good things about them, or about how happy our residents are to be able to clean out their garages so easily. Thank you, Bin There Dump That! :-)
First time renting and dumpster and had a great overall experience! Staff was informative, kind and customer service was A1! I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking to rent a dumpster. On a scale from 1-10 with 10 being the best i give this place an 11, without a doubt! Thanks guys and keep up the great work!
They had great customer service. Specifically, they answered the phone every time I called (no annoying recordings), were polite and patient with all the questions I asked, prompt to help problem-solve and had a very reasonable and accommodating hauling schedule. I will use their services again.
