I've had better tapas I was a little disappointed that this place did not have my favorite tapa- which is bacon wrapped dates. Sounds odd, but it is quite delicious! I had croquette, they were just ok. The tortilla was good! The waiters were very friendly. Wish this place was a little cheaper so that I could have tried more things.

Worth the Trip Incredible happy hour, great wine selection, stellar service, and a fantastic patio whether it's warm or cool (there's a huge fireplace in the corner)! Parking is ample in the back. It's a little off the beaten path on Bitters between 281 and Blanco, but your trip will undoubtedly be worthwhile!

Lunch @555 I belong to a luncheon club, that goes to a different restaurant each month. We in our 3rd year. I don't know what everyone ordered. Everyone felt the food was "just OK" nothing special and hope things have improved. We are a group of gals that graduated from high school together many years ago. All of us eat our on a regular basis and go to the better restaurant in town. To begin our server was slow slow slow, She brought our drinks and menu and asked if we wanted bread and butter. Keep in mind with 12 at the tab... read more

Great Experience – Went with my husband, who is a VERY picky eater, however he was a good sport and tried numerous of the tapas style dishes they offer and he loved 90% of them! The dishes are always so creative and delicious! Try the Tomato Bisque. (Not usually a fan, but Bin's is wonderful!). A little pricey - but definitely worth it! The server was also very professional, attentive to a pleasent extent. Its also a great place for an office lunch/dinner party or gathering.

Food hit/miss, waiter questionable – My guest and I had dinner the other night and besides the cod, everything was great. The cod was really nasty. The winelist is great. Our server, upon walking up to our table and hearing us talk of NIOSA, said "Oh yeah, Niosa is great. Who doesn't like fondling and rape?" I have waited tables for thirteen years and have NEVER heard anything that inappropriate being said by the staff to the customer. I am not calling the restaurant on this person because it would probably get them fired, b... read more

Fantastic experience, best food in San Antonio – Me and a friend found this place, visiting San Antonio, and it was perfect. The outdoor space looks really nice, the indoors is trendy. The food was Amazing!!!! I recommend to try the Serrano Wrapped Dates with Cabrales Blue Cheese, and the Seared Diver Scallop with Dried Spanish Chorizo.

Delish and affordable – My husband and I went to Bin 555 on a Saturday night for something different, upscale and quiet. We each ordered the red wine flight so that we could each have our own glass to taste. The $16 was very reasonable and worth it to be able to taste 5 wines. During the evening, we ordered the brie, flat bread, squash with mint and the pommes frites. We sat outside, which had an interesting view of artisans alley. The 2 wine flights and the food we shared came to a $50 tab. We left having tasted good wine, ... read more

Food can be great and innovative, service a bit slow! – I used to really like this restaurant. The menu has always stood apart from the majority of those in this City, with innovative tastes, concepts and presentation! The service however has always been slow and is considerably worse over the lunch period! We have had many visits where the food has more than made up for the lack of service...the Shrimp Bisque with curried sour cream is a must - especially when paired with the wood fired naan, the seafood selections are just... read more
