I'm not really understanding all of the mixed reviews. they either love it or hate it. I will eat here again it was good enough to come back. bin 46's food isn't more elevated. it's good but not elevated. honestly I was expecting poor man's seafood fettuccini withhout a nice little piece of baguette. elevated not, taste decent yes. there are other establishments close that actually have what bin 46 isn't great at. our big egos are similar, so that's why I'm giving you a meh... 2.5 stars
Just finished Dinner at Bin 46 craft Bar and Restaurant. The Crab Cakes on a bed of arugula with dill cream is absolutely the best in Longmont.

We just had an amazing dinner at Bin 46 tonight! Great cocktails and a fantastic wine selection alongside a creative menu of excellent farm to table fare. We especially loved the fresh oysters with blood orange minionette, fresh burrata and pesto, smoked pork belly, wagyu beef ravioli and crab, and the lamb gnocchi! We're lucky to have this gem in Longmont! Can't wait to go back for happy hour
