What a great treat it was to come out with my girlfriend and enjoy a wonderful evening at Bin. Whenever in Glastonbury Nicole always makes us feel like we are at our own dinner table. So worth the night out!
Excellent food & our server was attentive & friendly. Was pleasant I’ve to dine on their out side patio on a warm day!
I was pretty disappointed with my visit here. The service was slow and inattentive—our table waited far longer than expected just to get basic items, and it felt like we were being overlooked. The food itself didn’t make up for it either. Some dishes tasted like they were pre-made or reheated rather than fresh, which was surprising for a place that markets itself as a gastropub. Can't rate the food, And dont like leaving doing bad reviews but our experience was rough. We went 2 months ago, party of 4 including a baby.... unfortunately we sat for 15 minutes asked for service 2 times. And then watched 2 other groups get served in front of us that were seated 5 and 10 minutes after us. At that point we went next door. Not the same feel but service was great.
