Our Trustees at Vertical Church Ovilla have three areas of responsibility. One is the facility. When our church needed help with our HVAC systems, I knew exactly who to call. I have known Grant and Randy Bellomy for many years. When B.I.M.S. first started doing preventative maintenance ten years ago, they discovered many deficiencies that needed attention. Great reliable service, pricing was good, called and set up a service call to have our Trane Rooftop unit looked at. Found multiple issues, and they were able to get us up and going that same day. Will definitely recommend and continue to use BIMS for our HVAC services.

The chiller was having constant issues and shutting off, another company made repairs, but still was shutting off. We called BIMS out and he found it just needed the coils cleaned and refrigerant adjusted on it. It's been working better and actually staying on now.
