Logan and team took care of my X3. I brought it in on a Wed afternoon and it was ready on Friday. They fixed the primary issue that I couldn't fix and then completed several other items that needed to be completed, valve cover/ gasket, fan belt/ tension&idler wheels, oil filter gaskets, DMTL pump and misfire codes. I found what I was looking for. A good knowledgeable and honest workshop to work on my Bimmer . Oakley and Logan are specialists in bimmers . They did everything they could to fix the problems and even gave me a insight of works needed to be done at a later date . The cost was good and he explained to me what he was doing and what he had done for the price . I m not going to any other shop other than bimmershop . they took good care of my baby . Excellent shop. Recommended to me by Allan Simpson, another huge BMW enthusiast and mechanic. Logan and Oakley are professional, courteous and get the work done in a timely manor. They have been upfront with me about time frames, work that needs to be done, prices for parts and labor, etc. I showed them the invoice I received from Peake Bmw in Kenner - they got a majority of the work done for half the price. They also told me what Peake was trying to gouge me me on and wasn’t a needed repair. Check them out!
Used to bring my Z4 to Logan and crew and they always took care of me quickly and a good price. They always made me feel comfortable and explained things in a way that was easy to understand. I highly recommend them to any BMW owner.
