Excellent service- they got me in the next day. Did the job, gave me a very reasonable price and I picked my car up without waiting 5 minutes. Flawless. United BMW sucks and needs to take a page from Bimmers! Thank for the excellent job.

I scheduled an appointment for rear differential oil replacement two months ago. My BMW has worked smoothly so far. Their service is pretty good and offers better pricing than dealers.
Update Since Original Review: The owner, I believe Don, did eventually reach out and take accountability for the situation. I offered what I felt was a fair and logical resolution, which he accepted: they would comp the labor for the brake pad replacement and brake fluid service while I covered the cost of parts myself. I decided to skip rotors as that would cost another 1.5k+. Chris, the shop manager at Bimmer, was also very kind and professional throughout the process. Chris definitely made my experience better!
