Rachel was amazing! She communicated with me at every stage of the repair process and provided details regarding the issue, the steps needed to address the problem, and updates on the resolution. The repair shop is spotless and the staff is professional but Rachel went above and beyond!
Latest update since the last revised update 08/27/26: I am just updating my review again. In addition to inaccurate PPI report I had gotten from them for my brakes and rotors. My motor mounts also went bad 3 months ago (in may) which they failed to accurately check in the january PPI and is a common problem for my bmw. Through verbal conversation at PPI time I asked the guy who inspected the car and he said my motor mounts had “half life left”. Friendly and knowledgeable staff and service team. Clean facilities and bay. Prompt to book an appointment and they're on time. Nice waiting room with comfortable seating and a TV. They'll go the extra mile to help and are honest if they can't help with something. I continue to find this the best car service experience I've had.
I take my car here for all its maintenance. Service is great They much value customer service.
