Took my car to Bimmers Only- Plano Tx, recently, and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. Very friendly, transparent with diagnosis, feedback etc. I was impressed with high quality of work, reasonable prices and excellent follow ups by the service admin. Bimmers Only- Plano is absolutely a great place for any BMW service job. I highly recommend them for their reliability and affordability. Fantastic experience dealing with Freddy Torres and staff.
Great people and very knowledgeable with bmws.
Had these guys run a pre purchase inspection for me as I was purchasing a local car from out of state. They coordinated drop off/pick up and made the process very easy. PPI results showed me how thorough and knowledgeable there were about the car. Would 10/10 recommend.
Have no words on a 1400$ quote to remove and install down pipes that I have. Update: called a few reputable places after seems average is 6-700$. Take that how you will.
They know what they are doing, but getting an appointment is slower than the dealerships and the cost structure is "dealer equivalent" - They have taken care of me well and I am happy with them, but if you are looking for a cost saving option, this is not it
