I recently had my BMW serviced at Bimmer Benz Auto Service for a repair to the heat management module, and I had a great experience from start to finish. Amber at the front desk was very polite and welcoming, and Derrick, the owner, took the time to thoroughly explain the issue, the cost of the repair, and exactly what was covered. What I appreciated most was that they actually showed me the old part and where it had been leaking so I could clearly understand the problem. Ya Know…I Love Reading Reviews Of Folks That “Bad Mouth” An Establishment, Simply Because They’re Mad At Their Life! When You Bring Your Vehicle To “EXPERTS”, You Have To Trust That They Know What They’re Doing, When Dealing With Your Vehicle, Because They Do It Daily…”All Day, Every Day”!! So, When You Tear Up Your Car, And Bring It To Them To Get Fixed, They Are Going To Fix It Back To Where You Can Safely Drive It. Very disappointing service. My first appointment was okay. That said, my second service earned a grade of F. The "ready date" changed constantly. When my car was finally ready, an employee shouted and threatened me -- verbally and when I arrived. If you take your car here, be sure to record all interactions.
