This place is highly recommended. They’re honest, quick, and professional. They did a Mercedes GLC all fluid flush and oil cooler replacement. They didn’t waste my time or money, and the work was done quickly and efficiently. If you’re looking for a reliable and trustworthy auto repair shop, this is the place to go.
Update: No response or resolution from the shop Following my previous review, I want to note that I have still received no response, follow-up, or attempt to resolve this issue from the shop. Unresolved repair and unprofessional conduct I paid over $2000 to repair a coolant leak on my BMW, handled by Jerel at this location. He stated the issue was fixed, yet within 18 days the coolant completely leaked out again. When I contacted him, he refused to take responsibility and dismissed my concerns. This reflects very poor professionalism and accountability. I trusted this shop assuming it operated with integrity. I urge the management to review Jerel’s actions and ensure this doesn’t happen to other customers
They have a customer for life! From customer service, to pricing, to car service, everything was spot on! Not to the mention the cleanliness of the lobby area and the garage area! I trust them with my car. 🚗
