My husband and I had our Benz service at this place and need address two things. First of all, the owner was very professional and friendly. Although he doesn’t accept personal checks however, he agreed that ours would be acceptable and even added that there was no reason not to trust us. Unfortunately, when we came to retrieve the car he wasn’t present. We explained to the secretary what was agreed upon and took the check. I recently had my BMW serviced at Bimmer Benz Auto Service for a repair to the heat management module, and I had a great experience from start to finish. Amber at the front desk was very polite and welcoming, and Derrick, the owner, took the time to thoroughly explain the issue, the cost of the repair, and exactly what was covered. What I appreciated most was that they actually showed me the old part and where it had been leaking so I could clearly understand the problem. Ya Know…I Love Reading Reviews Of Folks That “Bad Mouth” An Establishment, Simply Because They’re Mad At Their Life! When You Bring Your Vehicle To “EXPERTS”, You Have To Trust That They Know What They’re Doing, When Dealing With Your Vehicle, Because They Do It Daily…”All Day, Every Day”!!
