I am not sure if my 11/28/23 review will be updated via Google but in case it is not, the problem discussed has been worked out with the office manager much to my satisfaction. She was friendly, engaging, and very helpful in resolving the original problem. Evidently a wrong cancellation date had been entered into the system which has now been corrected.
Buyer beware!! BIM is not a trustworthy insurance broker as they caused me to be charged for 5 months insurance I did not need and did not own up to their mistake when the carrier only agreed to pay back one! My agent was Kevin Reilly and I had pest inspection general liability with them. Upon ceasing that operation, I formed a new company that offered mold remediation.
