worst property managers EVER. never answer the phone, increased rent $600 in two years. were selling my building and had buyers in my unit every few weeks for MONTHS. they have sold my property now to someone else and honestly good riddance, renting from them is the worst experience i've ever had. it was like i was living in the middle of nowhere with no help. you can call or email them all you like, they never answer. the damage inside my unit during their ownership included water damage to the ceiling, black mold inside th... read more

If you are reading this because Bilynn Realty just bought the property you are currently renting, start looking for a new home immediately. Bilynn Realty are price gougers to the T. I see below one of my neighbors left a review recounting our experience at their North Hyde Park property. Bilynn will respond to this going over the 60 days notice they gave us and the many changes they hope to accomplish at the property.
