From start to finish, there was nothing other than professionalism and quality customer service from Biltright and the product that was installed in my yard. The salesperson, Stephen, was easy to work with, wasn’t pushy, and didn’t try to oversell me things I didn’t need. The installer, Johnny, was an absolute professional who seemed to enjoy his job and wanted to make us feel like we were taken care of.
