This place has really cleaned up the past couple of years. There's still a few things that could be done but from what I've seen and heard they are doing what they have to to take care of those things. Nancy in the office is a wonderful person. I like our maintenance guys they are good at getting things done when you tell them you need something.
The staff at biltmore towers don’t care about the residents. They are rude and show no respect.
Apartment is nice staff is nice but there is one tennet who causes drama her name is Lenoir pavey
I have been here 11 yrs. In the beginning it was and OK place to live. If you are thinking about moving here. THINK AGAIN
