I’m giving 2 stars because Isaac, the barber, is a good dude and I like him as a person. But the haircut was terrible. I had longer hair that I sweep/slick back. Came here for a cut because my normal barber is on vacation and I have an event coming up. Directly told the barber “same style, just slightly condensed. About 1/2 inch off everything.” He then proceeds to cut all the hair off the back and sides of my head and takes clippers around my ears after I told him that wasn’t what I was looking for. Isaac has cut my and my dad’s hair for decades. I moved out of town and I haven’t found a barber that compares. Every time I’m in town I make sure to swing by. My wife agrees it’s the best my hair looks.
Best place in Asheville to get a haircut. Isaac is extremely detailed oriented and is a skillful barber. He really takes his time which makes all the difference. High quality haircut with affordable prices.
Isaac gave me an amazing haircut, and we had great conversation. Definitely will be back, and I recommend folks give him a try. He's gonna get you right!
