This place has went to hell
Don't move there. I moved in Jan. 2012 and moved out in August 2012. It was brand new when I moved in. Went down hill fast! Had a flood in my ceiling, air conditioner died, horrible neighbors, worse manager, etc. Never ever saw an apartment complex go from bad to worse so fast. When I confronted the manager, the problems, finger was quickly pointed toward me instead. Would NEVER ever recommend this place. If I could give a negative review, I would do so.
Being a single male, my experience at the Biltmore has been great so far. I think the apartments are definitely family friendly, and have heard no complaints from friends or neighbors. Someone told me (before moving in) that the maintenance wasn't the best, BUT have had a great experience with the little problems I have had. the management seems very normal/good considering what others at other complexes have to deal with on a daily basis. My friend...this is a nice, well kept place to lay your head! It is in a safe part of town, but would suggest getting a unit that isn't as close to the main intersection, depending on when you go to work. I can't say enough about the management and the cleanliness of the grounds. I know that it is newer that most all in town, but man ole man, they kept it in order. I've only lived in Dothan for a few years and have seen the ups and downs of several complexes, from which friends live. I can truthfully say that I haven't had near the problems that others have had at other Dothan complexes (not naming names) I'm pleased with where I live and my surroundings, period!
