Jodie was very professional in all matters regarding the sale of our home. In a moderately soft market, she was diligent in generating potential buyers using multiple resources in advertisement. In summary, we were very pleased with the entire process.
BANKS AND BUYERS BEWARE: Dallas Crisp was the listing agent and told my husband a bold faced lie to his face, saying the heat had been working. HVAC professionals said there is no way the heat ever worked, because the unit had never been converted from Natural Gas to Propane. Was also lied to when told we just had to transfer the warranty on the new unit to our names. Blueridge Furnaces and HVAC systems don't allow transfers on warranties.
