I went here today to deliver an order and the old front desk male with glasses did not allow me to turn in the order unless I used his pen to write the room number in the bag, even though he was taking it himself and I told him the room number and name. He could have written it himself but forced me to do it as if I was his slave. Rude, irrational unnecessary power trip.
