My wife and I looked from Cashiers to Ashe County over a 5 year period for a mountain community to build our second home. After returning multiple times, we decided Biltmore Lake was where we were meant to be. The lake, club house, with multiple activities and clubs were a plus. Add to that a family oriented community, welcoming us with open arms made this perfect for our outdoor life style. This second home now will become our permanent residence in retirement. We can hardly wait!
The first time I've stayed at Biltmore Lake. I can't imagine staying anywhere else. Within 15 min drive to most locations, downtown Asheville, Biltmore Estate. The new outlet mall was just a couple miles away. It was the perfect place to be.
