Beautiful historical hotel with excellent service and a wonderful brunch
The hotel is architecture is beautiful and the staff helping with luggage were friendly. When we arrived the room had a bad smell. We called the front desk and they kindly found us another room. We stayed on the weekend and all of the events caused an inconvenience with the use the lobby and parking. Visited the Pool restaurant. For some reason, we were served after a couple who arrived after us? Definitely not a $700 a night experience!!
As an events company in Miami, specifically regarding the planning of a corporate event this time, it is essential to take the time to reflect upon and celebrate its success. This would not have been possible without the service team, who attended to us with such dedication, enthusiasm, and a genuine desire to assist and provide the very best service. The event took place in the Palme d'Or ballroom, a beautiful venue steeped in history—yet it was the human warmth that truly shone brightest that night.
