Many thanks to Danny Morris and the crew involved in our new metal roof. Biltmore was the only company to show up when they said they would. We were beginning to wonder if anybody was interested in our project. Danny made the whole process so easy and the Biltmore crew involved were very professional and courteous. We're glad we chose Biltmore and we highly recommend you do too.!
The Biltmore Team was very professional and a pleasure to work with. Danny does a nice job walking the customer through various options, provided transparency information throughout the experience and I felt he was doing things in the best interest of the customer. The work was done on time and the quality of the work was top notch (tear off and shingle replacement).
Danny was awesome to work with. He always responded asap to our questions and was with us every step of the way. Our roof was installed in one day in about 6 hours. It looks fantastic. I would recommend Biltmore to anyone without hesitation.
Danny the salesman was super helpful and made my roof install not stressful at all. I had a bad storm that damaged my roof resulting in replacement which I dreaded dealing with insurance. He basically handled everything and the guys that installed couldn't have done a better job. One of the best choices I have made.
