Went to my appointment The doctor was no help. And at the same time I was questioned why at this AGE in time did I want to take care of my issue?! Pretty insulting.. I also was not notified I would be billed now 2 months later I have a bill in my mailbox.
Dr. Skinner did an amazing job! I had septoplasty. Staff were amazing also. Highly recommend.
I strongly recommend looking for another doctor. I scheduled with Dr. Skinner two months in advance. Mind you I had to drive over an hour to get to this office. This was for a new patient appointment. The only communications I received were to initially confirm my appointment, a reminder the day before, and then another text link (which did not work) received the day of my appointment. I have struggled to breathe through my nose for many many years and finally decided to get it checked out with Dr Mason Skinner. I couldn’t be more pleased and happy with my experience with him and his staff. He knew immediately what was causing my breathing issues and knew exactly what needed to be done. Dr Skinner helped me with a lifelong septum issue, and I'm breathing better than ever before. Dr Skinner was very attentive and answered any of my questions, making sure that I was comfortable.
