I walked in and didn’t have to wait long at all. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The practitioner was knowledgeable and personable. I had a great first experience.
I was a walk in and found out United Healthcare needs a referral from your provider to be seen. My provider faxed the referral and Biltmore called me to let me know. I went in and was seen right away about a couple spots on my leg. The spots were not serious and Dr. Ryan was able to freeze them off at the first visit. I was treated very well and am happy with the results.
Absolutely pitiful experience!! Was going there regularly just for normal checks ups while active duty military. Plus had a procedure done. Regularly going in there from 2017 till 2021. Getting back in the military once again and had some questions, in regards to my paperwork, medical history notes. Specifically one of the procedures I had here at this place.
